Julia's Health Salad

2 Cups of Baby Spinach & Arugula Mix
1 Cup of Quinoa
1/4 Cup Cashews
1 Medium Size Tomato-Diced
1/4 of a Red Onion-Chopped
1 Roasted Red Pepper -Chopped
1/2 an Avocado-Chopped
1/8 Cup Jarlsburg Cheese- Chopped
2 1/2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette

Combine everything in a large salad bowl and toss until coated!
